Communication is key in the world of work. Understanding each other ensures the resolving of unexpected problems. There is no such mutual understanding nowadays.
One of the important aspects of the employee’s motivation and satisfaction is the successful communication. However, identifying the problematic situations is not always a given. The fostering of these processes is the task of leaders. This means that vocational training is meant to prepare leaders for the resolving of unseen problems.
The goal of the project is to use a didactical method and two innovative tools in order to create a competence which is capable to solve these problems. Both tools are promoting useful feedback and complement each other. Several vocational trainings has proved the effectiveness of the tools.
The main intention of the project is to integrate the methods and tools into the existing practices of the training institutions. This integration must happen on multiple levels. On one hand, the training institutions will have two trainers who are able to integrate the core of the methods into their own cases. On the other hand, the conceptions used – with the help of studies carried out in the health and production sector - could be applied to the employees of the different sectors. Last but not least, the experience gained during the studies could help develop a model which enables us to integrate the training conception into other sectors.
To achieve these goals, the consortium consists of several partners, including the developers of the theoretical material. The various sectors are also advantageous, as they make the training’s theme clean and simple, and also make the practical usage and testing possible.
